This project brief was created due to the site being in North Shields, along a main cycle route to the coast. It was to create a space that provided overnight accommodation along with an activity space and a coastline lookout. The massing of the design came from site analysis and how the space could be zoned. This project combined the use of hand drawing with model making to develop the design. The design was also modelled within Sketch Up to help visualise it within its surroundings.
